• About IGS 2024

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing the India Gaming Show (IGS) 2024, with the support of the Indian Digital Gaming Society (IDGS) an International Gaming, Animation, and Infotainment Exhibition and Conference from 14-16th March 2024 at Messe Global Laxmi Lawns, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

• About Skyesports Cosplay Carnival 2.0

The Skyesports Cosplay Carnival 2.0 marks the sequel to our renowned Cosplay competition, which debuted at Skyesports Grandslam in Delhi back in 2023. Following the triumphant execution of the event, we're excited to announce our partnership with the India Gaming Show 2024.

• Eligibility

The Cosplayer needs to be a minimum of 18 or above years old at the time of registration.

• What is the Prize Money?

Every event day, there is a Champion and Runner up. Champions receive Rs.35,000 cash prize and Runner up receive Branded goodies. So there’s a total of Rs.1,05,000 Cash prize and goodies to be won!

• How are the Cosplays judged?

There are 2 stages of judgment - 1. Pre Judgement & 2. Stage Performance

1. Pre Judgement : - The Cosplayers are judged based on craftsmanship, Integrity of Design and Stage Expression Based on the mentioned metrics, 9 Cosplayers are shortlisted to Stage 2.

2. Stage Performance : - 9 Shortlisted Cosplayers are then called upon stage to perform. Based on the performance, the Champion and Runner up will be announced by the Judges.

• What are the timings of the event?

For all days

12:00 PM - Reporting time for Cosplayers in the Venue

1:00 PM - Stage 1 Pre Judgement in the Venue

2:00 to 3:00 PM - Stage 2 Stage Performance in the Venue.

• How will the prize money be transferred?

Upon completion of the event, within 60 business days, the prize money will be transferred. Do note that any prize money awarded is subject to 30% TDS tax based on IT Act.

• Venue Details & Pass
